Announcing Launch of Traveling Science Lab

[Tallahassee, FL, November 11, 2013] – Providing the fuel to ignite excitement and curiosity to the sciences – Mobile Science Laboratory, Inc. dba MoLab, Inc., was founded by two passionate women who had a vision to go beyond the confinement of a physical location to educate about the wonders of science. With over 27 years of combined science center experience the founders of MoLab, Inc. will be able to drive science education to schools, after-school activities, community events…anywhere there is a need.

MoLab, Inc., a non-profit corporation providing on-the-go dynamic hands-on and inquiry-based science experiences through a mobile laboratory that promotes discovery. MoLab, Inc.’s vision is to provide resources that cultivate and inspire a greater understanding of the role of sciences in our world. MoLab, Inc.’s philosophy is based on equal access to hands-on science education and expertise – creatively and positively impacting those we serve. The goal of MoLab, Inc. is to enhance student achievement in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in a fun, interactive setting that allows students to realize career paths in STEM related fields. All of MoLab, Inc.’s programs will assist in developing 21st Century learning skills through project based education and help promote digital literacy through programs that enable youth to think, create and communicate effectively.

Based on successful models throughout the country and a member of the Mobile Laboratory Coalition, MoLab, Inc. will provide a vehicle for onsite and offsite interactive engagement. The founders share an excitement for increasing hands-on inquiry in education, for creating the “aha” moments, and for inspiring the next generation of innovators. Cruising to your area, county, or region, MoLab, Inc. is ready to deliver STEM education to any community.

ABOUT
The science-to-go format allows MoLab, Inc. to serve a broad, diverse audience over a large geographical region, both in rural and urban environments. MoLab, Inc.’s effectiveness in serving science educators and students has no limits or boundaries. Although based out of Leon County the services and programs provided will positively impact a wide territory.
