MoLab received two grants this past November and January. Continuing its partnerships with the Comcast Foundation and All Points North Foundation, MoLab will provide hands-on programming that will focus on drone training and solar science.
MoLab is excited to once again build on these successful relationships!
Building on a successful model, MoLab will again partner with Gerald Tookes Aerial Productions, LLC to conduct the GO Higher Drone Training Program. This program aims to empower youth in our community by providing them with essential digital skills and introducing them to technology career pathways. MoLab’s third round of funding from All Points North Foundation expands into South Georgia. MoLab will once again conduct solar science programming at eight Title 1 middle schools for sixth grade students in Leon and Gadsden counties. In addition, MoLab will visit four rural South Georgia county schools and offer solar programs for Title 1 sixth grade classes in Thomas, Grady, Decatur, and Brooks.
